Highways Management works in four sub-sectors;
National Government, Local Government, Contractor and Consultant;
in UK the key end clients are the Highways Agency (HA) and Local
Highway Authorities (LA). Internationally, we offer advice to
government and concessionaires on policy and management of highways
and roads.
During the 1990’s, Scott Wilson took advantage
of new Highway Management procurement methods and widened our core
activities to include highway maintenance and management.
