Sustainable Energy

Currently societies are heavily reliant on
finite supplies of fossil fuels, such as coal, oil and gas to power
their economies at a time of immense industrial growth.
This is creating volatility in the cost of energy and pressure on
existing sources. Furthermore, legislation and targets across
the world are encouraging a transition to cleaner, more sustainable
sources of energy from renewable sources to help minimise climate
change.
Demand is increasing for new innovative, often
locally based solutions which maximise energy efficiency and the
use of renewable energy systems.
Scott Wilson is pleased to help Government
based organisations, developers, contractors and
clients tackle energy challenges with a comprehensive sustainable
energy service, ranging from planning and design, through to
feasibility studies and implementation support services.
Scott Wilson is able to provide a breadth of
international engineering and environmental experience. We
have particular expertise in strategic energy studies, thermal
modelling, energy demand assessments for developments, technical
and economic feasibility studies and design services for numerous
energy technologies including wind, hydro, solar, biomass, and
geothermal technologies, both on a small and larger scale.
