Technical Report on Finland Uranium Exploration
Properties for a TSX Venture Exchange Listed Company
Project Introduction
The company entered into a purchase agreement
with a Finnish company to acquire a 100% interest in three uranium
exploration properties in central and eastern central Finland.
Project Background
The company is proposing to carry out a
two-phase exploration program on three uranium properties, two of
which contain sedimentary sandstone-hosted mineralization and one
contains Rössing-type uranium mineralization. The properties are
considered highly prospective for developing uranium deposits, and
one property contains a significant historical mineral
resource.
Project Scope
Scott Wilson was retained to prepare an
independent NI 43-101 compliant Technical Report, and later on,
three independent Technical Reports, on the three uranium
properties. The purpose of the Technical Reports was to
support the acquisition of the properties and future
financings.
Value Adding Project
Achievements
Scott Wilson carried out site visits and held
discussions with one of the vendors of the properties. The Scott
Wilson study included evaluations of geology, mineralization, and
available exploration data and concluded that there was good
potential to expand the area of known mineralization on each of the
properties. Scott Wilson reviewed the proposed two-phase
exploration programs and budgets and considered them warranted.
