Project Background
Scott Wilson was commissioned by Scotfield
Development Ltd to design and implement the Public Realm and
landscape proposals for this new major mixed-use development in
Leeds city centre. The complex boasts a wealth of commercial and
retail opportunities, along with a 218 bedroom International hotel
and 624 luxury apartments. This scheme offers excellent city
visibility and profile. It has also incorporated basement parking
facilities of up to 545 spaces, made available to occupiers of the
scheme. Landscape features include sculptural feature pods, water
features and decorative surface finishes and planting.
