Project Introduction
This project was carried out for Madame Tussauds in London.
Project Background
We have been involved in providing structural advice for various
Madame Tussauds projects, one of which was the Spiderman
feature.
Project Scope
The brief was to provide structural advice on the concept design
and performance specification for the Spiderman feature which, due
to the nature of the feature, required careful consideration of the
structural design.
Value Adding Project Achievements
The brief was achieved satisfactorily, along with other
structural work, including the complete removal and restructuring
of the existing siproex roof to the front of the building, all
whilst the attraction remained open.
