Project Background
Building services design for a new-build, mixed-use development
in central London, fronting onto Oxford Street. The two-storey
glass facade has translucent marble above glass box bridges, Sedley
Place. The development contains interlocking escalators, retail
units, a small piazza, the main store, a cafe and restaurant, and
commercial studios/art galleries. The tight/constrained site had
party wall issues.
