Project Background
Scott Wilson is providing structural engineering services for
this large, part refurbishment and part new-build, ten-storey
development at 107 Cheapside in the City of London. Having recently
obtained planning consent the project will add 27,000 sq m of
office space on the Russia Row side of the property.
Update and improve the existing façade on Cheapside, and improve
over 9,000 sq m of retail space. The building has three levels of
basement.
