Project Background
Block W5 consists of numbers 185 -191 Regent Street and 13-17
New Burlington Place. The properties are being redeveloped to
provide new, high-quality office and retail spaces behind the
retained Regent Street facade. The engineering design makes
provision for noise and vibration suppression from London
Underground's Bakerloo Line tunnel which is adjacent to the site.
The aim is to reinvigorate New Burlington Place with a mixture of
hard and soft landscaping and make the most of this previously
unused space.
