Project Background
Scott Wilson has been appointed as the building services
consultants on this mixed-use development in Lowfield Street,
Dartford.
The project is seen as a key regeneration scheme, with an anchor
food and non-food retailer taking 100,000 sq ft. The development
will also include high street shop units and a medical centre.
The residential element of this scheme comprised 490 apartments
up to 11 storeys, with parking for 700 cars in an enclosed car
park.
